Sensational soy yogurt

Chocolate Hazelnut by Whole Soy soy frozen yogurt is amazing! It reminds me of what I think Nutella might taste like. No local vendor carries the stuff so I’ve gotta drive all the Way tew Whole Foods to pick more up. This stuff was killer in a shake along with some Living Harvest Chocolate hemp milk. Hemp hemp hooray. Gluten Free too.

Melon Belly Quencher

2 large slices watermelon chilled
hand full of fresh or frozen strawberryies
11 ounce Zico passion fruit flavored coconut water
10 ounces Goodbelly Cranberry watermelon flavored drink
4 ice cubes



Add all the ingredients into blender (I used Vitamix)  Blend Away.
Makes enuf for 4 friends.
